According to the Act on Processing of Personal Data, your data must be stored securely and responsibly. We cannot, however, guarantee 100% security in conjunction with data transmission. Right of Access to and Correction of Personal Data
You have the right to request access and further information concerning the processing of your information. You have the right to obtain a copy of the personal data that we process relating to you once (1) every calendar year. For any additional copies requested by you, we may charge a reasonable fee based on administrative costs.
You have a right to request that GomSpace change, rectify, complete, erase or restrict the processing of your personal data. For processing of personal data that is based on consent or fulfilment of agreement you also have the right to data portability.

Withdrawal of Consent
You can withdraw your consent to receive GomSpace newsletters at any time by clicking the ‘unsubscribe’ link at the bottom of the email sent by GomSpace or by filling in the contact form at https://gomspace.com/contact.aspx, choosing Press or Other as your reference and telling us that you no longer wish to receive emails from us.
If you withdraw your consent to any or all use of your personal data, depending on the nature of your request, GomSpace may not be able to continue to provide its Products and Services to you, administer any contractual relationship in place, which in turn may also result in the termination of any agreements with GomSpace, and your being in breach of your contractual obligations or undertakings. GomSpace will maintain appropriate organizational and technical security measures (including with respect to personnel, facilities, hardware, software, storage and networks, access controls, monitoring and logging, vulnerability and breach detection, incident response, encryption of personal data while in transit and at rest) to protect against unauthorized or accidental access, loss, alteration, disclosure or destruction of personal data.
GomSpace will retain your personal data if they are necessary to fulfil the above-mentioned purposes for collecting and processing.
Financial records: Up to 5 years
Purchase history: stored for as long as it is deemed necessary to meet the purpose for which they are collected or processed
Your contact information: stored for as long as you are our customer, supplier or employee or until you withdraw your consent to process your personal data. If you have submitted an unsolicited application we will store your personal information for 6 months. Before the 6-month period expires, you will receive an email asking if you would like to remain in our registry and be taken into consideration if relevant positions should become vacant. Should you choose not to remain in our registry, your personal information will be deleted.
