GomSpace board member resigns

As of today, Henrik Schibler has informed that he will resign from the board of directors in GomSpace Group AB, before the year-end. Mr. Schibler has served on the Board since 2019 and has decided to resign in order to focus on other work commitments.

The Board of Directors would like to thank Mr. Schibler for his contribution over the past few years and wish him well in his future endeavors.

The board of directors will discuss the potential need for a replacement with the nomination committee.
