The Hargreaves Family No. 14 Settlement acquire shares from original founders

Today, the majority shareholder Hargreaves Family No. 14 Settlement signed an agreement to acquire 1,600,000 shares from original founders’ holding entities; Black Pepper Invest ApS and BrightOrbit ApS.

Both founders still hold a substantial amount of shares.
