Auditors
According to the Company’s articles of association, the Company shall have minimum one and maximum two auditors with maximum two deputy auditors. The auditor(s), or deputy auditor(s) (as applicable), shall be an authorized public accountant or a registered public accounting firm. At the annual shareholders’ meeting held on 27 April 2017, today’s auditor, Ernst & Young AB with address P.O. Box 4279 Nordenskiöldsgatan 24, 203 14 Malmö, Sweden, was elected. Martin Henriksson, an authorized public accountant and member of FAR (professional institute for authorized public accountants, approved public accountants, and other advisers in Sweden), is the auditor in charge. The auditor holds no shares or share related instruments in GomSpace.
