FLIGHT PROVEN PLATFORMS

The GomSpace standard platforms feature a generic design which enables easy integration of third party payloads and subsystems. All platforms are designed and qualified for 5 years of operational lifetime for a typical Low Earth Orbit (LEO) mission.

The GomSpace mission platforms range from small CubeSats, mainly used for technology demonstration projects, to large commercial platforms, that provide reliable in-orbit data to support the customer’s operation requirements.

The GomSpace advanced and flexible subsystems enable to configure spacecraft that meet demanding mission requirements.

 

GOMX PROGRAM

A cornerstone in the company philosophy is that GomSpace has an internal flight qualification program called “GOMX” that is used to demonstrate new products and capabilities in space and ensure flight heritage before the products are commercialised.

 

16U PLATFORM

The GomSpace 16U platform is a standardised platform provided with all the essentials needed to operate your payload. Compared to the GomSpace 12U platform, it provides even more payload volume. The GomSpace 16U platform has been designed for advanced missions with very large payloads.

The GomSpace 8UL platform is a standardised platform provided with all the essentials needed to operate your payload. The GomSpace 8UL platform is similar to the GomSpace 6U Advanced platform, but it provides extra 2U of volume for your payload.
