ESA and GomSpace sign contract to design and develop a Large Deployable Reflectarray Antenna for Future Small Earth Observation Satellites

GomSpace A/S and the European Space Agency (ESA) have signed a contract for the design and development of a Large Deployable Reflectarray Antenna for Future Small Earth Observation Satellites. The contract value is EUR 400,000 and will be implemented in collaboration with TICRA. The GomSpace share of the contract is EUR 349,991, with expected delivery in 2024.

This activity will improve the usability of reflectarrays for Earth Observation Missions and is an important step to have European reflectarray technology in orbit.
