GomSpace receives 20 MSEK order from Unseenlabs for additional satellites

Today, GomSpace has signed a contract with Unseenlabs to deliver additional satellites. The contract value is 20 MSEK and delivery of the satellites will be fourth quarter of 2024.The satellites design will be similar to the 6 satellites previously ordered.

"I am very glad to continue and expand our relationship with Unseenlabs, and this kind of repeat order confirms the value in the series of satellites we have delivered over the years, and underlines our long-term commitment to Unseenlabs going forward. I am also pleased to note that Unseenlabs recently launched – with success - two additional GomSpace satellites with their payload on them," says Carsten Drachmann, CEO of GomSpace.

“We are expanding our fleet of satellites further, and reusing the flight proven, high performing platforms from GomSpace is the most efficient way of achieving this. Also, the heritage and experience from integrating Unseenlabs payloads on GomSpace platforms is instrumental for us and favours a continued cooperation with GomSpace” says Jonathan Galic, cofounder, Président and CTO of Unseenlabs.
