Do you have the credibility to operate at senior levels, the tenacity to lead long-cycle deals, and the vision to turn defence needs into opportunity? If you're someone who thrives at the intersection of business, politics, and national interests, we’d like to speak with you.

At GomSpace, it’s not just your technical skills that matter — your character is just as important. We value individuals who bring a positive, proactive attitude, and can build trust across cultures. We are looking for a leader who’s as focused on collaboration and relationship-building as they are on results.
We imagine you have:
• A proven track record in Defence, aerospace, or government business development, ideally involving space-based technologies or public procurement.
• Outstanding communication and influencing skills, with experience working across cultures, hierarchies, and political settings.
• A strong value-driven mindset, focused on aligning customer objectives with strategic business outcomes.

Partnership Manager – Building Strategic Alliances, Driving Global Impact
Application deadline: As soon as possible
Do you thrive on building relationships, uncovering opportunities, and turning partnerships into long-term strategic value?
As our new Partnership Manager, you’ll help shape the future of GomSpace by expanding our network of collaborators across industries, geography, and technologies. This is a role where your primary responsibility is to build bridges – not manage transactions. You will identify and develop strategic partnerships that strengthen our solutions portfolio and help us deliver greater value to the organizations that rely on us to build critical space infrastructure.
Working closely with our Solutions teams, Business Development, and technical units, you will align partnership strategies with our long-term vision – always with an eye on customer value, technical feasibility, and strategic fit. You’ll represent GomSpace externally, foster global relationships, and act as a cultural ambassador for our values and principles across every interaction.
Your Role and Responsibilities
As our Partnership Manager, you’ll operate at the intersection of business, technology, and relationships. Your job is to drive strategic collaboration – from identifying the right partners to co-developing meaningful solutions. You’ll translate complexity into opportunity and ensure that every partnership contributes to our customers' success and GomSpace’s growth.
Your tasks will include:
- Defining and executing partnership strategies in collaboration with internal stakeholders
- Identifying, evaluating, and engaging with potential partners across industries and regions
- Leading strategic partnership projects from ideation to implementation
- Building and maintaining a high-value network of startups, institutions, and global industry players
- Acting as a key internal advocate for partnership-driven growth, ensuring knowledge sharing and internal alignment
Expect international travel (approx. 20-25%) as part of this role.
What We Are Looking For
At GomSpace, we believe in partnerships with purpose. We’re looking for someone who combines business insight with people skills and can navigate complex environments while staying focused on value creation. You don’t just manage relationships — you shape ecosystems and help others see the potential in collaborative innovation.
You should feel confident working with both technical and commercial stakeholders, negotiating deals, and adapting to evolving opportunities. Experience in infrastructure, defense, or space industries is highly valued, as is your ability to represent our values and ethics across cultures and contexts.
Ideally, you:
- Have a relevant degree in business, engineering, or related fields
- Bring solid experience in partnership or strategic business development roles
- Possess strong communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills
- Have a strategic mindset with the ability to spot and shape long-term value
- Are resilient, diplomatic, and agile – with experience navigating complex, cross-cultural landscapes
Why Join Us?
In this role, you’ll be more than a relationship manager – you’ll be a strategic force in how GomSpace grows, adapts, and delivers on its mission. We offer a dynamic and collaborative environment, where your ability to connect, co-create, and lead externally will have a lasting impact.
If you’re ready to help define how GomSpace engages the world – and shape the partnerships that power tomorrow’s space solutions – we’d love to hear from you.

Academy Solution Manager
Application deadline: As soon as possible
Do you want to own and shape national space capability? Join GomSpace Academy and make a lasting impact
Do you take ownership, connect people and partners, and turn complex topics into clear, valuable offerings? This is not a predefined role with a handbook — it is an opportunity to define and build a first-of-its-kind Academy solution at the intersection of space, geopolitics, and defence, with direct impact on both national capability and customer success.
Your Role
You’ll work at the core of GomSpace’s growing solution business, owning and delivering the GomSpace Academy offering as a key enabler of national space capability building.
This is a hands-on role in a boot-strapping phase, combining solution ownership, coordination, and delivery leadership. You will define what the Academy is — its structure, content scope, and evolution roadmap — and ensure it is ready to be delivered at high quality. Acting as the internal focal point for all Academy-related coordination, you will work closely with senior stakeholders, commercial teams, and delivery partners, with significant influence on how national capability-building solutions are shaped and delivered.
You will also support the commercial organization in positioning the Academy and contributing to deals, ensuring that the offering provides clear customer value and measurable impact. Continuously gathering and acting on feedback, you will translate insights into improvements and drive the Academy’s credibility with customers and partners. As this is an early-stage setup, you should expect to step in personally wherever gaps need to be filled.
Your tasks include:
• Owning the GomSpace Academy solution offering and its ongoing development
• Designing and maintaining solution and presentation material for customers, partners, and internal stakeholders
• Developing business models, pricing logic, and customer value propositions supporting Academy offerings
• Orchestrating internal and external Academy partners (e.g. universities, institutions, industry partners)
• Ensuring solution readiness and coordinating delivery of training and capacity-building activitiesThis role has no line management responsibility in the initial phase. The focus is on ownership, coordination, quality, and delivery — not classroom teaching. Workload may vary depending on customer activity and deal flow, and flexibility is required.
Short- and Long-Term Success
In the initial phase, success means:
• The GomSpace Academy offering is clearly defined and well communicated internally
• Academy solution material is ready and actively used in sales engagements
• Strong internal relationships are established across BUs and functions
• The sales organization is trained and confident in positioning the Academy
• The first Academy-related deals are closingLonger term, you’ll take responsibility for:
• Establishing GomSpace Academy as a trusted capability-building offering for national customers, contributing strategically and commercially to national solutions
• Building and activating a strong partner ecosystem that contributes to delivery and strategy
• Positioning the Academy as a key enabler for onboarding new national customers
• Growing a sustainable Academy pipeline aligned with BU growth targets
• Enabling repeat customers and long-term Academy engagements
What You Bring
You’re a structured and commercially minded professional who enjoys turning complexity into clarity and ideas into reality. You’re comfortable operating in early-stage setups and motivated by building something that did not previously exist. You communicate clearly and convincingly, both verbally and in writing, and you understand how to navigate customers and stakeholders in government, defence, or institutional environments.
You likely:
• Hold a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree (field is flexible) combined with relevant professional experience
• Have around 5 years of experience within the space sector
• Are confident working hands-on with space missions, space systems, or space operations
• Understand how to work across organizational boundaries, coordinate complex initiatives, and contribute to commercial outcomes
• Thrive on creating structure, offerings, and partnerships in evolving environmentsFluency in English (spoken and written) is required; Danish is an advantage but not a requirement.
Who You Are
You’re not just a solution manager — you’re a builder, connector, and owner. You take responsibility naturally and are motivated by impact rather than formal authority.
You bring:
• Ownership & initiative – you step in, take responsibility, and drive things forward
• Open communication – you’re transparent, proactive, and follow up
• True leadership – you act with integrity and build trust across stakeholders
• Structure & clarity – you enjoy building, refining, and maintaining scalable solutions
• Human insight – you understand how solutions, training, and advice fit into people’s real-world challengesYou’re comfortable working close to geopolitics and defence stakeholders and remain pragmatic, respectful, and professional in complex environments.
Why Join Us?
At GomSpace, we’re on a mission to shape the future of space — one mission at a time. Here, you’ll be part of something bigger than just a project or a product. You’ll help build national capabilities that enable science, security, and sovereign decision-making, while working in a dynamic, full-service environment where no two days are alike.
We believe the best results come when talented people are trusted, supported, and inspired to push boundaries together.
Here’s why you’ll love working with us:
• Be part of a global company making a real impact in the space industry
• Get freedom under responsibility from day one — and grow with us
• Work at the intersection of space, geopolitics, defence, and national capability
• Make a direct impact on customer success, commercial outcomes, and sovereign capability
• Help shape a first-of-its-kind Academy within a growing solution business
