According to the Company’s articles of association, the Com­pany shall have minimum one and maximum two auditors with maximum two deputy auditors.

The auditor(s), or deputy auditor(s) (as applicable), shall be an authorized public accountant or a registered public accounting firm.

At the annual shareholders’ meeting held on 30 June 2025, today’s auditor, KPMG AB with address P.O. Box 382, Vasagatan 16, 111 20 Stockholm, was elected.

Mattias Lönborn, an authorized public account­ant and member of FAR (professional institute for authorized public accountants, approved public accountants, and other advisers in Sweden), is the auditor in charge.

The auditor holds no shares or share related instruments in GomSpace.
